Terms & Conditions

1. Price Agreement

We strive to provide the most accurate quote possible based on the information you provide. In some cases, we will offer an exact price; in others, we will provide a price range. We guarantee that the original price or price range quoted online will remain the same if the tattoo is completed exactly as discussed.

However, price adjustments may apply in the following cases:
  • If the tattoo design changes in size or complexity during consultation
  • If the tattoo becomes smaller or less complex (price will decrease.
  • If the tattoo becomes larger or more complex (price may increase)
  • If the quote was based on an “average-sized person” and body placement differs significantly in scale

All final designs and pricing adjustments will be confirmed with you before starting the tattoo.

2. Deposit Policy

  • A deposit is required to secure your booking:
  • 1.2 – 1.8 million IDR tattoos: 500k IDR deposit
  • 1.9 – 3 million IDR tattoos: 1 million IDR deposit
  • Above 3 million IDR tattoos: 2 million IDR deposit per booked day

For multi-day bookings, a 2 million IDR deposit per day is required. Each day is secured separately. For pre-design tattoos, a 50% deposit of the total tattoo price is required before design creation and before in-person consultation (see Pre-Design T&C for full details).

Bank Transfer Deposits
  • Please allow 2–5 working days for bank transfers to be received.
  • If the deposit has not arrived by the time your tattoo is completed, full payment will be required.
  • Once the deposit clears, we will refund the deposit amount accordingly.

3. Pay-As-You-Go (Multi-Day Bookings)

For multi-day sessions, payments must stay ahead of the tattoo progress. At no point will we complete more work than has been paid for.

This is handled by:

  • Full payment at the end of the first day, or
  • Daily progress payments

Progress payments are calculated as:
(Total price ÷ number of days) minus one day’s deposit (2 million IDR)
—not the total deposit amount.
Balance Payments & Bank Transfers

If paying by bank transfer, please be aware:

  • International transfers cannot be accepted on the day of your tattoo due to multi-day delays.
  • Some Australian banks may hold transfers for 24 hours.
  • If this may apply to you, please either:
    • Choose another payment method, or
    • Transfer funds at least 24 hours before they are due.

If payment is delayed after completion, you will be required to pay via an alternative method. We will refund any duplicate payments once funds are received.

4. Cancellation Policy


All bookings are final, and deposits are non-refundable.
However, if you need to cancel, your deposit will be held for a future rescheduled date.

Please note:
  • Tattoo prices may change in the future.
  • If rescheduling far ahead, we may need to reassess pricing.

5. Rescheduling

With Adequate Notice (More Than 5 Days)
If you inform us more than 5 days before your appointment, we will happily transfer your deposit to a new date.

Without Adequate Notice (Within 5 Days)
If you cancel within 5 days of your appointment:

  • A rescheduling fee of 50% of your daily deposit will apply.

This is because we may have declined other bookings to reserve your slot.

6. Incomplete Tattoo Sessions

If you begin your tattoo, but:
  • Require excessive breaks, or
  • Ask to stop due to pain tolerance

You will still be charged the full booking price.
We will gladly help reschedule to complete your tattoo at a later date.

Please carefully consider your booking size and ensure you are prepared for the session. By this stage, your design has been completed and your time slot reserved exclusively for you.

7. Over-Schedule & Delays


Some tattoos may take longer than expected due to complexity or unforeseen circumstances.

  • If delays are caused by us, we will work additional time to complete the tattoo.
  • If an additional day is required, we will do our best to accommodate you.

Client-Caused Delays
To ensure your tattoo is completed on schedule, please avoid:

  • Arriving late
  • Taking extended lunch breaks
  • Taking excessive breaks
  • Applying numbing cream during active tattooing and waiting for it to take effect

If using numbing cream:

  • It must be applied one hour before your appointment (we can assist).
  • Reapplication may be done during lunch if necessary.

If excessive delays caused by you prevent completion on time, an additional appointment may be required at extra cost. This may be difficult to arrange if our schedule is fully booked.
